WPP Refund/Return Policy
Any
orders placed and paid for on line have a zero refund/return policy. Be
sure you are certain of styles, colors and sizes when you are ordering.
Damaged or incorrectly shipped items due to WPP or Vendor error, need to be returned to WPP, replacements will be at the cost of
WPP. Any claims for damaged or incorrect items need to be placed
within 7 days.
Order
placed can be modified until the order is in production or the garments/supplies
ordered. Once garments and/or supplies are ordered,
POs cannot be changed, modified or cancelled.
Perishable and PPE items are not returnable for any
reason.
